  • Seller is a solution from SaleHelper family of products. The software Seller makes it possible to reduce the challenges for sellers of complex goods, while increasing the customer satisfaction. In addition, the store is able to sell the products that cannot be presented in the store and even merchandise from other suppliers.

    The Seller can be used in its various aspects:

      1. To help the customer to choose a product using a variety of characteristics.
      2. To support the sales persons with an information system on products.
      3. To sell a product that does not fit in the sales area or to sell goods from other suppliers.

    Seller is located in the computer / information kiosks, in the store section with technically complex goods. Using the touch screen, customers can learn about the characteristics of the goods and find the appropriate product. Seller supports different ways of product search: Selection of features, such as the diagonal and the frequency of the TV. Search through questions and answers, for example, "Will your TV set be located in the living room or kitchen?", etc.

    The flow of the customers in a store is very uneven. Therefore, the shop has to hire additional staff that would provide the proper level of service to all customers at any time point. The presence of multiple sensor panels with Seller software allows to shift a part of customer service to the computer and reduce the excess staff. In addition, a significant part of the visitors avoids dialog with the sale consultants. With Seller these visitors will stay in the store much longer and the probability of the purchase at your store will increase significantly.

    Seller allows, on the one hand, to lower the qualification requirements for the shop staff, on the other hand, to increase the speed and quality of customer service and increase sales. The staff will receive information about new products almost immediately with the goods. It will not be necessary to remember the characteristics of dozens of products. Using Seller the staff will be able to answer any question on any product in the shop.

    We offer MarketPlace as an application service according to SAAS. We charge no more than 1% of the income you will receive from the introduction of the product.
